ECCU’s David Lee, Pastor Brian Kluth to Speak about Purchasing and Financing Existing Facilities at WFX

BREA, California—When it comes to managing facilities expansion in dynamic churches, many people think first of building a brand new facility. But today there are good reasons to consider purchasing and renovating an existing building instead. ECCU Relationship Manager David Lee and generosity expert Pastor Brian Kluth will team up for an educational session at the upcoming 2013 WFX conference in Dallas, Texas, to explain why.

In 10 Reasons to Consider an Existing Building Instead of Building a New One—one of 150 conference and technical training sessions being offered at the WFX conference—Lee and Kluth will explore each reason to consider an existing building, the financing implication for each reason, and the top four things to look for in an existing facility. They will also address how to evaluate existing facilities to determine whether they’d be suitable for a church expansion. This session will be held on Wednesday, October 2, from 3:45 to 4:45 p.m.
