ECCU Names Brian Constable as Vice President of Enterprise Banking

Brea, CA – January 18, 2019 – Evangelical Christian Credit Union (ECCU) announced today that Brian Constable has joined the credit union as Vice President of Enterprise Banking, effective January 2, 2019. Reporting to ECCU Chief Marketing Officer Mark Middlebrook, Constable will lead all aspects of the credit union’s sales initiatives, managing its Commercial and Consumer Sales teams and operations.

Constable brings 30 years of financial services experience to his new role, where he will focus on Commercial and Consumer Sales business development and relationship management as well as expanding ECCU’s presence in strategic target commercial markets.

“Brian brings tremendous financial services expertise to ECCU, with extensive experience developing and executing progressive strategies to increase sales efficiencies and production. His deep knowledge of our business, along with his track record in creating innovative growth strategies, adds significant depth and strength to our management team,” Middlebrook said. “We know Brian’s leadership skills and business development knowledge will play a key role in supporting ECCU’s long-term vision for growth and market expansion.”

Constable most recently served as Senior Vice President, Business Banking Territory Manager for Bank of the West, directing seven regional teams across multiple lines of business. He previously served as Regional President of CommerceWest Bank, and also has held management positions with CTBC Bank Corp, Sunwest Bank, Provident Bank, and City National Bank.

Constable received a bachelor of arts degree from Saddleback College, and has served as a Credit Committee member of the Small Business Financial Development Corporation of Orange County. An active community volunteer, he has held Board positions with YMCA of Orange County, Boys and Girls Club, and Children’s Museum as well as other Southern California organizations.
