Jeff Gray is an audit principal for Ronald Blue & Co.’s Tax and Business Services branch office in Orange County, California. Jeff joined the firm as a principal in January 2000, when the firm merged with the California accountancy firm, Balser, Horowitz, Frank and Wakeling (BHF&W).

BHF&W and Ronald Blue & Co. maintain a strategic alliance, which allows BHF&W to offer audit and attestation services to clients of Ronald Blue & Co. With over 25 years of experience in public accounting, Jeff leads the non-profit department. He specializes in auditing, accounting, and federal and state reporting for churches, parachurch ministries, and other tax-exempt organizations.

Jeff earned his bachelor of arts degree in business administration from Southern California College (now Vanguard University), and prior to joining BHF&W, spent eight years in retail management. He also taught auditing and accounting courses at the college level for five years.

Active in his church, Jeff has served in various capacities on the board, including treasurer. He currently serves as treasurer for the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning of Orange County and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA). He has spoken before the CSCPA, the Association of Christian Schools International, and the Christian Management Association.

Marsha Caradonna, CPA

Marsha Caradonna is an audit and accounting principal for Ronald Blue & Co.’s Tax and Business Services branch office in Orange County, California.

In January 2012, she became the youngest female to join as a principal of the company. Marsha began as an intern with the company during her senior year of college and graduated from Vanguard University in 2000 with degrees in accounting and finance. In 2008 she earned a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in leadership.

Working primarily with Ronald Blue & Co.’s affiliate, Balser, Horowitz, Frank and Wakeling (BHF&W), Marsha heads the accounting and audit department, and performs services for closely-held businesses and not-for-profit organizations.

Involved in the community, Marsha represents the firm as an ambassador of the Santa Ana Chamber of Commerce. She is also active at her local church. She has served in the youth ministry, has sat on the finance committee for the last seven years, and currently serves as treasurer on the board of elders. Marsha is still heavily involved at Vanguard University, where she has given lectures and spoken in chapels.

Marsha is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
